Here at Pentaxia we are very proud of our dedicated team of staff which continues to grow on a weekly basis!  We have embraced the opportunity to recruit the right people for the team regardless of experience and provide comprehensive in house training.

Two of our trainee laminator’s, Claudia Gordge (left) and Emma Shooter (right), have recently moved from our training room into full production and now form a part of our hard working and skilled laminating team after successfully completing their training.  When Claudia and Emma joined us, neither had any experience in composite manufacturing but they have quickly demonstrated their abilities in the field and are welcome additions to the team.

Our managing director Stephen Ollier is passionate about encouraging women into engineering, providing training and maintaining manufacturing in Britain and Derby.  With the introduction of the training programme, we are able to develop those who have an interest in the composite manufacturing industry. 

As the composite industry is experiencing rapid growth, it is hoped that our training programme will ensure there are skilled staff available to keep it going strong for many years to come.
