Pentaxia Becomes A Teenager

Today we celebrate becoming a teenager, as we were first registered on this day – 6th May 2008. We’ve come a long way in our evolution in thirteen years, having started with three staff, one rented machine in a rented facility and no running water or toilets. We now occupy a 70,000ft2 facility sitting on a six-acre site and employ over 160 staff with #worldclass turnkey machining and composite processing capabilities. And thankfully we now have plenty of running water and toilet facilities!

Our composite sector activity is highly diverse and we are grateful for the continued and often long-term relationships we continue to develop with all our customers. We thank you for your support.

Along the way, we have been fortunate to be recognised with several high profile awards including @Semta’s National Skills Champion, SME Investor in Skills and Best of British Engineering, alongside award recognition from the UK’s trade body – Composites UK. These national awards recognise our core focus on the future because wherever possible we try and invest in our staff at all levels. As a family-owned business, we have always championed continual reinvestment of all profits back into the company, thus ensuring our personnel and facilities are the best available for our customers.

As we gradually emerge from the global pandemic, we are (as best as possible) well prepared to weather our early teenage years. We passionately believe in our future, the future of our staff and in our small way, the future of UK PLC.

Thanks to all our wonderful team!

“Be the best you can today, be better tomorrow”
