Training and development are an integral part of our company ethos and as well as our in house training facility we have apprenticeships in many areas of the business.

rs we have won several national awards recognising our commitment to training both from SEMTA (Science, Engineering and Manufacturing Technologies Alliance) and Composites UK (the trade body for the Composite industry).
We welcome the opportunity to support staff members wanting to improve their skill set and are always very happy to celebrate the achievements of our team.
Our most recent recipient of congratulations is Zoe Cooper who after 18 months of study has successfully completed her CIPD Level 5 HR Consultant/Partner apprenticeship. Zoe is excited with her achievement and stated “I’m so proud I’ve passed my apprenticeship, especially considering all the challenges us HR professionals faced in 2020! I’m extremely grateful to Pentaxia for providing me with such a great opportunity to succeed and for all the support they provided me throughout. The apprenticeship through Crosby Management Training Ltd has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and a solid foundation to help me progress in my HR career and I can’t wait to see what the future holds”.
As our company grows it is essential that we have an efficient, effective and supportive HR function and with Zoe in charge we will definitely meet that criteria. She is a great asset to the Pentaxia team and we’re very proud of her focus and positivity.
