SEMTA Skills Award Winners 2019

What a result!  We came back from the annual SEMTA awards not only winners of the SME Investment in Skills Award but also the top accolade of the night Best of British Engineering.  For those not in the sector its the equivalent of Best in Show at Crufts!!   SEMTA celebrates the talented individuals and companies whose commitment to skills development is making a significant difference not only in their workplace but in the advanced manufacturing and engineering sector as a whole.

The SEMTA awards held at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel were hosted by Steph McGovern, best known for BBC Breakfast.  It was a great night and representing the Pentaxia team were: Stephen and Julia Ollier, proud owners of the company; Harj Sanghera – QA Inspector; Zoe Cooper, HR & Training Manager; Kenzie Myers, Design Engineer and Beth Blount, Laminator.

Its an amazing honour to be recognised for the efforts that the company puts into training and the impact it is making in the sector.  Below are two videos from the awards ceremony:
